The Cannataro's Story
Julie Yanni Cannataro grew up working in her parents' Italian restaurant, where she learned her family's treasured recipes from Calabria, Italy. While raising her three children Ashley, Mike, and Dominic she dreamed of someday opening a place of her own.
One evening, gathered around the family dinner table, her children encouraged her: "You need to open your own restaurant, so everyone will know what a great cook you are." With their support, Julie found the perfect spot on Mountain Avenue in Chino and brought Cannataro's Italian Restaurant to life.
Since opening our doors in 2003, Cannataro's has been a place for friends and families to gather, celebrate, and share homestyle Italian cooking. Julie and her team invite you to step inside, relax, and enjoy the comfort of recipes that have been passed down through generations.
